Were waiting for a bicycle to arrive next day delivery, sent via cycle sent last Friday. Does anyone know who they use to send bicycles and how to get them to help the receiver of the bike more information about where it might be hiding?
From my experience so far, don't use cyclesent.

Guessing that is why ours has gone missing, they clearly have a lack of practice.
