I'm sure I asked something similar before but I cannot find it.  And these are different connectors.

How can I find a crimping tool for these?

They're sold as VAG connector pins.

Have a Google for molex crimp tool. You want something that looks like this:

You can get the generic knipex ones from RS components, not cheap though.

Last VAG stuff (MAF pins) I looked at used JPT (Junior Power Timer) and a Durite 0-703-52 ratchet crimping tool makes nice job if you are willing to pay for it.

I've always used pliers for that sort of connector.

as above they look like molex to me. if you just need to do a few and don't have the correct tool you're probably better off soldering leads on carefully, then squeezing the strain reliefs ( the two 'wings' top ) down on the coating. alternatively hack off the existing crimps/shell and splice the wiring.

do you have the shells/housings? they can be difficult to get the old crimps out of.

if you can measure them, and if we have them, i can prep some leads for you with the crimps fitted if that helps.

Unless you have loads of these connections to do I'd just fold the tabs over and close with pliers. The crimp tool will be 30 quid or so?

Pop into the main dealer and ask if you can crimp one off?
