Hi,

Bought some bits off CRC which have arrived.

The parts they've sent are right so no fault on them. Just i've changed my mind and don't really want the bits now.

Can i still send them back for a refund ? I've a returns label that came in the box, pressume i just slap it on the box and im done ?

Yep, just use the Collect Plus service...it's slow but free.

The Distance Selling Regulations let you return them for any/no reason in particular.

Great. So what do i put down as the reason for return ?

With this collect plus i take it to the nearest place that does it and just hand it over ?

Fill out the Returns form, include the original invoice, find your local drop-off point here...

http://www.collectplus.co.uk/orders/new

Take it, drop it off, get a receipt, wait a few days, get refund

As said its slow but FREE.
