Hi
I am looking at some craghopper trousers online. Are the sizes more American (meaning generous so a 34" fits my 36" ish waist) or are they more mean like M&S where I need a 36"?

Don't worry about it, I've just seen that they want £20 to ship a pair of trousers the the EU

Not sure about waist size, but leg length is quite generous i.e. 33" on label is more like 34" etc.

Well, just in case anyone in the UK is thinking of buying, I think they're on the somewhat snug side. I'm usually a 32 and these are a breathe-in-stay-off-the-crisps-and-chocolate-for-a-week 32. The thermal ones will be ace for winter.

Edit: leg length is generous though.

Keep an eye out in a TK Max if you have one near you , they get a fair bit of Craghoppers stuff in.

I got a pair of the thermal pants at the local charity shop for £2. Bargain!!

Sizing seems ok to me.

Go Outdoors stock 'em for reasonable money. TK Maxx do them cheaper, so long as you're looking for a pair is 52" Extra Short or don't mind Limited Edition "bronchitis" colour.

Go outdoors usually have some Craghopper stuff reduced twice a year e.g. about £15 for Kiwi trousers though you have to pick them up in store.
