So what books have you read cover to cover in one go. Thought of this earlier while looking for stuff for the Kindle and a friends Kobo. For myself it's The Rats, The Spear, Lord of The Flies and The Catcher in the Rye.
All I should say a very long time ago when I was a lot younger but I'd love to know what you've read that mean't sleep could wait.
And for anyone who might be wondering what is the greatest book of all time and who is the greatest author it's The Grapes of Wrath and John Steinbeck.

Nothing since my pre-teen years. Oh, except "The Wilt Alternative" by Tom Sharpe, which i remember reading in one go when i was very poorly. Before then, plenty of Roald Dahl.

I phoned in sick when I picked up Snow Crash. I started about 11 at night and finished about 4 or 5 in the morning. I read it again almost immediately.
I spent almost an entire weekend reading Cryptonomicon too.
The first time I read IT it was all I could think about. Read that in about 2 days with pesky work getting in the way.
In search of Robert Millar grabbed me too.
Puckoon by Spike Milligan is real quick cover to cover fun.
Agree with To Kill a Mockingbird too. One Flew over The Cuckoos Nest alway's goes quick aswell.
100 years of solitude, Marquez, is the sort of book you never want to put down, but just too long to read cover-cover in one go.
Lonesome Dove is a bit like that too, but even longer.
I nearly read the road in one go - compellingly bleak 😐
The Road by Cormac McCarthy. Finished at 3am, totally drained and choked up. Incredible book.
