Do not use. Bunch of ****s.

I made the mistake of remortgaging through them because I hate finance stuff, filling forms etc so thought I would pay someone to do the simple job of look around the market place, fill in the forms etc. Load of ****ers.

So far I've had to send them the same bit of documentation 3 times. Dick heads

They have only just instructed the solicitor after 3 months. I was told the entire process would take 6 weeks. Arse Wipes.

Send me a 12 page application form completely unpopulated after I have already supplied them with 95% of the details on the form. Its like buying a dog and barking yourself. Dog ****ers.

The form they sent is not an pdf form you can fill out by computer, making the process even more painful, for both myself and however is the poor sole who has to read my writing. ****ing backwards company.

Its a simple routine matter but hey seem to have managed to make it needlessly painful and long winded. ****ing knobs.

The idea behind paying them it to save me time money and hassle. So far it has not save me time of hassle. I don't know if it will save me money but I suspect I could have got a similar deal myself by looking around. Useless ****s.

I'd like to shove a pine apple up the directors arses. A large pineapple.

tldr

Countrywide mortgages are rubbish.

Don't worry, apart from all of the above - they also put my mortgage application in for £9k LESS than I asked them to. That was certainly fun in the few days between mortgage offer & exchanging.

10/10 sir, spelling mistakes, swearing and random capitalisation, your rant has it all.

I'm wiping the pineapple in chilly sauce now.

So I'm guessing you'd say "avoid" their solicitors too.

Trying to decide the best people to go with, need to complete before 1st April.
