Most days I throw this in the blender:
half a pack of prepared kale
2 bananas
Inch of ginger
1/4 to 3/4 a pint of vitamin juice drink (Lidl) or apple-juice
Makes a v good green smoothie. Better still with a few kiwi fruits

^ too right. The only non-meat products fit for human consumption can be summed up thusly:
Bread (for meat sandwich)
Baked beans and eggs (for meat breakfast)
Potatoes (for chips w/doner meat)
(*Edit) and pie pastry (for putting around MEAT)
I love kale.

Throw on top of toast, and top with couple of fried eggs & bacon.
Replace 1/3 of the kale with chard or spinach for some variety.
