The drugs that im prescribed leave me fatigued. Last week they changed my drug and now im even worse, its 11 weeks to I can change back to me old one as its a 12 weekly implant. Any ideas?? Im just so ****ing worn out.. Its a lovely day and i was going to go for a ride but i just ant got the go in me.

switch off the computer and go for a ride, even a short, slow one!

Try to get out, the first bit of actually moving is the hardest but once your on the bike see how you feel. If your not into it then pack it up for the day. If you feel ok just don't over stretch yourself.

Tbh its doing my nut im normally up by 7 for the last week i've been lucky to be up by 12, gone to bed early as well. I'm back at uni tomorrow i don't know how i'm going to be up in time.

If your that bad maybe a chat with the doc, see if he has any suggestions? Maybe there is a vitamin complex you can take that might fight it?

lol im a regular at my dr's, sadly there is nothing I can do apart from go back to my original drug next time. I was wondering if anyone knew of any natural remedies etc.

I've used creatine many times in the past to fuel heavy weight training sessions. It's natural and not harmful, it's been tested a lot, and definitely helps. Other than that you need lot of clean healthy carbs, cut out a lot of heavy fats and try to motivate yourself with small personal goals. I know it's easier said than done!
