any ideas to make food taste for a dulled palet , colour helps i suppose , ive just done a chili laden guacamole , with sour cream and tomato salsa , was ok , but can’t judge if it too hot for my wife later ?
anyone else found different takes on stuff that might be pleasant ?
although appetite is fine , don’t fancy big cooked meals , more snacks , dips n fruit ....

Covid caused me to find M&S chilli flakes in a grinder. They end up on pretty much everything now

I lost my sense of smell 14 years ago. Mustard is my favourite, unchanged flavour. Everything else I just go heavy on black pepper or chilli flakes.
On a related note i cant tell if milk or beer is off by smell, only by taste.
