Longshot but any info would be great..
Problem-
Control knob for heat rings broken off an Electrolux oven (halogen hob), bought replacement knob and the control unit which controls the heat settings, turn on, all settings work but when it clicks off.... It doesn't actually switch the ring off, stays on the lowest heat setting!
To confuse things even further, all the rings now do the same thing 🙁 even if I turn it off at the mains, as soon as I turn it back on all the rings go to e lowest setting, any ideas?
Is there a master switch to turn them all off or something?
Wiring is as it was before (took a photo and wired the same way)
