Go on, you bunch of house buyers, recommend me a value but decent conveyencer!
I'm not going to trust online ratings from anyone who hasn't demonstrated understanding of the min(n+1,s-1) bike rule
Where are you based? It sometimes helps to have somewhere close so that you can pay them a visit!
Feeling brave? It's not too hard to do your own. There are a load of steps to follow and forms to fill out but nothing too taxing. I've done my last 3 purchases now. Always nervous as I'm sure I could miss something but it's been ok so far.
I only succeed in doing my own bottom bracket 50% of the time, let's not risk a house purchase!
Based in Chepstow but don't see a problem with remote conveyencing so long as the firm is actually good and responsive
I quite like countrywide - used them for a house purchase about five years ago - benefits included a step by step progress tracker, and they seem to be able to use phones and send emails in a way that continues to elude regular solicitors,
I'm using countrywide at the moment for a probate sale. I like the progress tracker but at v early stages so don't know how I'll feel about them by the end! Not actually who I would have chosen (the other executor sorted it) but no issues so far.
I've used Angela Viney for two purchases and one sale. They're cheap and efficient and I'd highly recommend them. In fact I'll (hopefully, if I can find a buyer) be using them again in a couple of weeks..
