As per the title really, I've got a load of 1:25k IGN grid references I want to convert to normal lat / lon (wsg84) but my google skills have let me down.
Example: GR 0324 5012
I've looked the online IGN website ( https://www.geoportail.gouv.fr/carte ) but it doesn't seem to let you search by grid reference or display it either.
Any ideas much appreciated.
This should help:

You may need to change the coordinate systems to get exactly what you want; there seem to be several covering France. You can display the position on a map, which help to ensure it's working.
Hmm, that seems to assume that the ref will cover all of france, and doesn't let you add the GR to specify the map tile. e.g. that grid ref i know to be near aussois but if you put in just the numbers it thinks its in the bay of biscay.

Edit, that's my local swimming pool, click anywhere you want and the coordinates in various systems will appear in the boxes below.
Edukator - not the IGN 1:25k system tho 🙁
OK it gives the IGN cordiantes on this one you have to select UTM 30N in the "système de référence" in "afficher les coordonnées" by clicking on the spanner on the right hand side. Right click on the place you want then slelect "coordonnées". You'll hten have the lat and long in a little box and IGN in the menu you've opened on the right.
I get 323,38 - 5011,13 for that junction, you need UTM 32N for that part of France, if you're on that part of the map it should be in the "sytème de référence" menu automatically if you've clicked on the location.
I agree you can't just enter a grid reference because when you try the only UTM options are for the DOM TOM. Unless I'm missing something too.
Edit: you have to hover the arrow over the point you want as the cordinates change as you rove around
Ah! I had it in UTM 30N. That's working now! Fantastic thanks!
