The Warks fans nicknamed him King of Spin after he got a load of wickets in Test matches in 2004, and the club commissioned a mug with his face on one side and 'King of Spin' on the other. Unfortunately the message was lost in translation and they came back with King of Spain on them, which the club promptly jumped all over and made a killing with spanish flags, a rerun of mugs with Juan Carlos on one side and Giles on the other, and so on.
