We are going to do our own thing and this entails setting up a limited company and entering in to a consultancy agreement with a larger technical partner where the bulk of our work/money will come from.
Because we write software the draft consultancy agreement we have been given(its 12 pages) is in parts quite detailed with large sections for IP, royalties etc.
Can anyone recommend a friendly knowledgeable solicitor who has a fair charging policy(I know fair is a subjective term but you get my point)
