Does anyone have an email address to send complaints to. My Google Fu is weak and can't seem to find a relevant or valid one.
Just go outside and scream at passing cars. It's as likely to summon a response.
Last 2 times I've moved house I've ended up in a BT customer services nightmare I couldn't escape. Just when you think it's all done you'll get a last and final demand for return of the broadband equipment they never sent you followed 3months later by a cheque for £0.69.
The 2nd time was an unholy mess on their part, ordered broadband only for the order to be cancelled without explanation on go live day. Best they could do was put me back in queue for 6 weeks and it again got cancelled on installation day. Basically their IT had a glitch due to an old order from a decade ago at the house. I tried and tried every option to escalate with absolutely zero ****s given on their part. Always just ends up in a loop.
How they manage to charge a premium price for their broadband I'll never know. If the Taliban did broadband I'd choose than ahead of BT again.
Email? Not many big companies rely to those except with a 🤖. Try twitter. Then get into a long DM to and fro.

some intern will pick it up and you'll get a response. You may not like the response but at least its a response.
You can actually get to a point where you’ll get to speak to someone …. But you won’t achieve more than ‘I’m sorry you feel like that’
BT took away my gf’s mum phone number during a broadband upgrade - one that’s part of a scheme supposedly intended to improve communications for the elderly and vulnerable - she’s 85.
they won’t reinstate it - this has been going on since the start of the year. She’s missed key medical appointments because health services have been unable to contact her then been taken off waiting lists as a result and there’ll be people who now probably think she’s dead because the phone has gone unanswered for months. And perhaps in time they won’t be wrong - as - see the first consiquence.
they won’t act, won’t take responsibility, they lie, they tell lies about their lies and the won’t apologise. They lie to Ofcom too who seem to just accept that’s what happens.
**** them
if you can cut them out of your lives do it. They’ve been like this for decades and they’ll never change.
If the problem is that your broadband is misbehaving, depending on your usage it might be worth looking at someone like the awesome Andrews and Arnolds. Very much a geek/business ISP but for a decent fibre connection their rates are competitive, the service is flawless, and they actively promise to harass OpenReach until your line is fixed or your money back:

I had troubles many moons ago and someone on here gave me this number tel:08000325115
They are total scum.
I can only echo the above.
When I moved into my new house I asked for a phoneline to be connected so I could have broadband.
I took the day off work, no-one showed up. When I called on my mobile to find out what was going on they said they cancelled it because when they called in the morning to confirm the visit no-one answered. Turns out they called me on the number they were supposed to come and connect. Apparently they couldn't come unless they got a positive response to the call they make in the morning of an appointment and they won't take a mobile number, it has to be a landline.
Utterly, utterly useless.
