If your in the UK and buy soemthing off ebay.co.uk (which I believe is in Luxenburg?) and the sellers shop is in HK and dispatches from there,

Who's consumer rights do you have? Is the seller responsible for paying for return shipping if its faulty? What about sellers who inflate the shipping price to cover a cheep product price? If you returned it would you get a refund of your postage, their postage and the purchase price, or would you be shelling out £5-£6 in postage to get a 99p refund?

Just wondering.

Short answer is you dont really have any rights if the trader is located outside of the UK.
