Imagine we have Child Protection worker.
Same worker is also a foster carer - which can attract relatively significant annual payments.
Is this normal practice or what restrictions are placed as means of preventing one feeding the other
Sadly I work in a place where conflict of interest is oft discussed.
And no, I'm not doubting the motives of all foster carers - my sense would be that there are some wonderful people who support society in this way.
