My Sony Xperia compact thingy is slowly giving up.
I like it as it's water and dust proof, ideal for the workshop and attaching to the bike.
The camera is decent.
The GPS has started playing up which is a shame as I use it with komoot and other maps quite a lot when out and about.
What to replace it with? Another, newer Xperia or something else?
Mate recently picked up a Chinese thing for not a lot, but it's massive. Why are phones so big?
S10e
Waterproof*, 3.5mm jack, good camera, slick and fast, compact. Easy to get rid of Samsung overlay/crap software.
*it may be waterproof, but mine is now at the bottom of Sheildaig bay after an absent mindedness issue while sea kayaking....
I went with a Pixel cos its not massive. Does the job.
I went with a secondhand Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact cos everything else is bigger
Pixel 4a is quite compact, but not officially waterproof.
It's a great phone though.
