I need to get a basic CTA over to my solicitor today, does anyone happen to have one in digital format, or can anyone recommend any of the online ones that can be bought off the shelf?

Thanks in advance...

Do you mean an institutional style commercial lease? (FRI etc)

What heads of Terms have been agreed?

No idea! I own a building that I'm remortgaging. My business rents part of it off me and I need an agreement to satisfy the bank...

Sorry to sound dim!

in which case probably any stock online will do. Can your solicitor not produce a proforma one? 'fraid I cant find one in my library. Im not usually the originator of a lease, I get sent them.

Obviously doesnt need to be very elaborate. Just term, rent, few other key clauses. Bish bash bosh.

this may be of use.

TBH Id just get your solicitor to give you a template one from their files. He shouldnt charge you for it.

Thanks, that's perfect Stoner! My solicitor sent one but it was so long-winded, didn't have time to go through it all!
