Some people seem to have had issues with mould - some people are saying it's not a problem anyway. Mine doesn't look particularly mouldy.
Only just got round to sampling this and in my inexpert opinion it's delicious.
Had a little sunday lunch with a few mates and did a starter with serrano ham, goats cheese, caramelised balsamic red onions, a balsamic reduction and toasted seeds - bloody delicious and a good talking point/spectacle for the table.
Got a stand for it so I suppose I will have to buy more at some point. 🙂
No but I always eat it when lunching on the Harbour at Alicante or Santa Pola 
We've got one sat in the cupboard, currently unopened. Thought it'd be rude not to for 40 quid!
Do you know how long it's supposed to last durhambiker? I'm assuming it's quite a while unopened but I'm not sure once it's started.
