Just been out and saw a group of postman cycling from the local PO sorting office.

It has to be a 'delivery' of postmen.

I've been very lucky in the past with posties. Back when I was a batchelor I had a very fetching lady postie who delivered my bike stuff for me with a beaming smile and a clipboard. Current postie is a cheerful chap who's pretty reliable.

Judging by the experiences of others, maybe the collective term for postal staff should be an "Industrial Action" or a "Work to Rule"?

The Correct term has to be "a collection of postmen" Surely

It has to be a 'delivery' of postmen

No, an 'attempted delivery'

Or, in homage to a previous thread, a 'monopoly' of postmen
