Anyone experienced this and how it get sorted? The return parcel is going back to CRC and cost £500, will i still get refunded in full? 😥

Collectplus actually advised me to contact crc as they might missed scanning it when the parcel arrived in CRC, but phone is Only mon-fri... So send them email instead and will call back monday. ....last scanned on tracking website is Leamington SPa Hub

You'll have to wait and see, but I'd be surprised if CRC don't see you right.
Having just used the service, you should have a receipt showing you handed it to them so surely they are now liable?
Happened to me... CRC gave me a full refund.
They do have a time period however before it's officially classed as lost.
Its been 3 weeks it just comes to my attention yesterday when my cc statement comes and hasnt been refunded yet..
So i tracked it back again in collect+ and showing it is still in their leamington spa HUB
