Don't think so, that normally means you have an infection.
I have had loads of colds this winter and they have really dragged me down.
I feel your pain. Missed a few days this week with a horrible chesty cold with very strange coloured phlem. Getting better now but still coughing like a biatch. Was proud of the fact that I haven't had a cold since October 2008 too. 👿
my understanding was when it goes bright coloured theres an infection present, and you definitely shouldn't be doing exercise.
