The Wife made me Welsh cakes yesterday for St David’s Day. I’ve been full of the things since and still have a nearly full tin to go.

Burp!

Crashing my new RC Heli earlier. Bought a mini ‘indoor’ one to get used to before I take the ‘proper’ one outside. It’s quite tricky! Basic nose in hover is ok but I really struggled beyond that...

Snowed in. Vegetarian Chilli with everything that needs eating. And due to being rubbish at shopping and forgetting to buy any wine, uncorked the sloe gin that’s been fermenting for six months. It’s absolutely superb, but maybe not a drink to be starting with at 6pm!

OPs photo looks like punch 😉

Basic nose in hover is ok

by that I assume you mean nose towards you...

nothing basic about nose-in hovering as your control inputs are reversed. Standard method of learning is tail-in (tail towards you) so if you turn left, the heli turns left, and so on. Nose-in is more advanced and not recommended until you're confident tail-in and side-on

anyhoo, I'm building a Ferrari

one of these to be precise:  https://www.modelhobbies.co.uk/shop/tamiya-laferrari-24333-p-48750.html

I always assumed pork in cider was just for comedic purposes; never realised it was a legit' dish 🙂

Aside from the unattractive-leftover-coriander garnish in photo, I'm  pleased with the punch. Chucked some butterbeans in for final 10 mins for that complete meal thing.

(also gave it another whizz after this sample taster)
