I am almost up to my limit of 15GB with OneDrive, so I am looking at either moving or upgrading.
Any other suggestions worth a look at?

If you use/need office, Argos frequently do 39.99 1yr subs of M365 which includes 6 x 1TB OneDrive.

I just upped my OneDrive to 100GB for £1.59 a month, it's taken me quite a while to fill 15GB anyway. I only use it for phone photos though not documents or anything like that. I don't think I could ever get to the stage of needing/filling 1TB.
