OH made scones this weekend so I bought some clotted cream to go with.

Scones have been demolished, and I've still got half a tub of cream left. Any (clean) suggestions as to what to do with it other than 'make more scones'?

Weigh it add the same of milk and heat to 60c add 1/5 the weight of sugar and eggs then add lemon curd and freeze - lemon curd clotted cream ice cream . post closed due to health reasons
