Any IT experts around?
Mrs S needs to use Citrix to remotely access her work desktop from home, trouble is she has a MacBook and her IT dept are not able to offer support.
I've installed Citrix easily enough, getting logged in but when I click on her Desktop I get an error message saying You have not chosen to trust xxx the issuer of the servers security certificate.
I've been into keychain and selected always trust for what is, I think the correct certificate but no joy. I also uninstalled citrix and tried an older version but this presented with a handshake error. Ios 10.14.5 if that helps.
Google has failed me on this one.

The problem is with their certificate chain though.

Put the url of the Citrix server you connect to in there and see what it says.
Worked around it by installing Citrix app on Chrome. It has the added benefit of bypassing the need to use her security dongle, no idea how this can be a thing but it is!
