Who uses it or knows about it?

As well as uses for Equine, poultry and dogs, it's also known to benefit people.

I have around 700-1000 litres of cider vinegar to sell as well as around 4000 litres of cider that has started to turn, which i'll be working on soon.

What i want to know is this. What percentage of acidity is it usually bought with. 5% is the limit that vinegars are palatable, but in the case of an additive for animals it gets put in their drinking water, therefore is diluted at that stage.
But what about for people?

I'll also have a load of perry vinegar to shift. But haven't even looked into a use for that.

Ta muchly.

My wife seems to use it but no idea of percentages...let us know when it will be on sale for human consumption...I'm sure my wife is likely to be interested in buying a load of it.

I didn't make it and it wasn't mine to get rid of. The previous owner has taken all the good(rough) cider and left all the stuff that wasn't suitable for him to sell as cider.

He's left it for me to get rid of.

Dick. I'll let you know. I'll be doing it in Gallon containers.

My Dad has about 3 large stainless steel drums of cold pressed kalamata olive oil from our garden in Paros. I've been thinking about selling it at our farmers market. Is it straight forward to do? Or does it need testing etc.

I use it in a spanish chickpea soup, french dressing and also made raspberry vinegar with it -which is perfect for pancakes.
