Is it worth the extra, over the standard Chromecast, for plugging into my 4k smart TV? I've looked into Roku but they don't do apps for a few key channels.

Not that I have a 4K TV, but if I did I'd like to send 4K content to it.

Rumours of new basic Chromecast being released in Oct, no idea if they'll improve the Ultra as well though;
