Tipped a cup of tea on my Acer 11 chromebook and is dead. The only complaint I have is the screen doesn't make you feel special. Any views on the HP 14?

I'm very happy with mine - had it about 3 months now.

I'm not sure how a screen would make you special but I'm perfectly happy with that aspect of mine - at least I've never really thought about it.

No doubt though if you're a hifi/apple/princess and the pea type it won't be the best you've seen but then the whole thing only costs £250.

The Acer screen is perfectly usable but is more like my old 'Compaq' laptop instead of my friends new Macbook.

Even though I don't use it for anything more than web browsing - I'm completely addicted to the 'open and go' way it works and the portability of light 11.6 sizing. Will need to go to a pc world for a look .. grr!!!

Mrs Clubber loves it. Reckon it "looks like an Apple"

She's no expert of course but then it's back to my point above about how 'special' you need it to be.
