My phone is redirecting to my works hotspot even when away from work.

It is annoying. Tried doing malware scans to see if something is redirecting it, but nothing comes up.

Any idea how to stop it?

do you mean the wifi connection or the browser is redirecting to a wifi login page?

go to the browser app details under Android settings>apps>all

and "clear data".

Or... in the browser itself, go to the settings menu

Site Settings>All Sites

find the work redirect url and click on it, then clear & reset

Nope that haven't worked but thanks for the tips. Note at nine browser tabs open. Maybe I am infected but nothing is coming up.

I dont suppose your works hotspot has its own app to manage connections?

Android settings, Apps, Chrome

Try clear cache first. If that doesn't work then clear data.

Uninstall chrome and reinstall it?
Bit extreme but will only take a few seconds.

I don';t know if it work after all. Same IP address that work tries to redirect to, but I noticed the words tinytap in the URL, which appears to be some sort of game making ap. I am wondering if one of my kids aps is causing me issues.
