I'm the same weight as last year. I think. I'll aim to weigh in on Fridays.

Entered, missed it earlier this year. Already gone from 112kg to 98kg since January but I'd like to reach 93kg now.

I managed to get from 84 to 76 kg this year but I’m just about head to Menorca this Friday for a weeks all-inclusive h9liday. It would be nice to get to below 75 before Xmas.

I'd do this, but all the local weighbridges are fully booked.
Maybe I could squeeze onto the scales they use for the hippos at the zoo.

I'll do this, having some issues editing the spreadsheet on my phone though, managed to add my name but Google docs wants me to edit it in the app, installed and opened it in the app and now it will only show me the first column and the sequential weekly weigh ins 😂

EDIT: managed to do it

In, need to shift the kilos I've put back on since the last one. Already making progress as I was 90kg at the beginning of August and am now knocking on 86kg. Was 78kg back in January, well on my way to getting back to my pre-pandemic weight of 70kg.

Edit: spreadsheet isn't showing me columns B to D so can't add my weight goals. Might be my phone so will try again when I'm back home Saturday.

Count me in. More concerned about my lard content than specific weight but the two do have a connection

Will give it another go - didn't do brilliantly last year, but I did do something, so it all helps!

Thanks for organising.

Been toying with the idea of this for a couple of years but usually miss the start.  I'm in this time round, thanks.

I’m in. Did ok in the earlier one this year and then had a mad busy summer at work. Not quite back to where I started but not far off so would be good to get back on it.

Dropped a kilo so pretty happy with that, suspect some of it is a bit of dehydration but we'll see how it averages out next Friday.

Despite a rather busy week resulting in a lack of exercise and inappropriate dietary choices, I appear haven't gained or lost, so I'm relieved, if not exactly pleased

Stuck on my starting weight but that's not surprising really!

Was down 3/4 kilo on Wednesday but then I had two days of solid training on Zoom so lots of inactivity coupled with biscuits and mugs of tea, not the best combination! Thankfully be there days were horrible weather-wise so haven't really missed any opportunity for decent exercise, looking much better this week so hoping for a big drop next Friday.

Ooh, nearly forgot, and it's only the second week!

This is mostly to bump the thread and remind myself to weigh when I get home when Jr has finished basketball...

Not the most positive start!  Chucked in a bit first week but started to do the 100 days of exercise.
Mainly its made me work out I snack way to much.
Aiming to get back on it for next week!!

Down 0.7kg, a start but a little disappointing. Hopefully it's just a delay in my body processing everything as I've been really good this week with no takeaways at all and only two choccy bars (my two weaknesses).

Although I am now in tablets for a skin infection and the side effects does list water retention, that could be a factor.

Mines not going too well so far (gained very slightly) but getting a grip and there's time yet!

No change from last week even though I've been pretty good I'd say. Sometimes that happens though so I'm not letting it derail me.

1/10 must try harder. I blame the 100 days of exercise making me hungry.

A day late and back where I started - but after best part of 2 weeks on holiday in the Basque Country it's not unexpected

A slight jump up to 84.2 this week. Unsurprising as it's been a hectic week with family stuff meaning my diet has been horrific with no real meals and lots of snacking when I can. Still keeping the 100 Days of Exercise going but you can't outrun a crap diet!

I've been around 77.5 for the past few midweek scale opportunities. So neither up not down at the moment.

I've ordered a win wing for my gravel bike to make the bike ride option more appealing in the dreary months ahead. This should shed a few grams 🤔

I don’t really want to draw attention to my lack of progress but have to comment so I can find the thread/spreadsheet next week 😀

How did you all get on then? Appears to be one three of us that finished. I hit below my target weight of 80kgs so very happy with that one.

Well done for exceeding your goal. I totally failed to make any change, remaining at much the same weight throughout. I’ve exercised plenty but my diet has to change……after christmas

Sadly I fell completely off the wagon midway through November thanks to personal issues so I've had the perfect combination of poor diet and lack of exercise to give me a finishing weight of 90kg, 4kg up on my start weight and 7kg up on my lowest.

Must try harder in the New Year.

I lost track of the spreadsheet. I did hop on the scales most weeks and my weight was around my original start weight for the duration.

I'll guess that my weight is up when I weigh myself later.
