Had a better than usual crop of chillies this year what are your go to chilli jam chutney recipes.

It's going to be my first attempt at doing making these so the easier the better.

For a sweet one , 6-8 ripe pineapples 6-8 ripe mangoes. Chillies to your preferred taste, no need for jam sugar or pectin. Slowly bring to boiling temp them keep a rolling boil while stirring. Normally around an hour to get the right consistency.
Or
A green tomato and green pepper one , again volume of ingredients to suit you, I use lemon juice as a setting agent .

For both recipes All the ingredients are chopped down a a blender to whatever consistency you like .
Both are very simple and done in a 14 pint jam kettle- remember to keep a roiling boil and stirring to stop it burning.
