Bridge Barn (beside Woking West Premier Inn)?
Its 'only' a Beefeater and I'm sure proper locals could give you some better recommendations however if they don't...
I use it on business several times a year - it's located beside the canal and has a nice beer garden.
Obviously not a 'Gastro' pub though 🙂

White Hart on Pirbright green is quite child friendly, as long as your kids aren't likely to run amok, and the food and beers pretty good. Play area on the green and a duck pond too.

Cricketers and BB both good with kids, also The Anchor at Pyrford and maybe the White Hart near Addlestone though the food there is only average at best.
Nothing of note in the town centre though.

White hart at new haw, near addlestone, hilldodger? Have driven past numerous times, and nothing about location or exterior has made me feel like going in. Is it worth a visit?
