Presumably child actors mostly just play themselves, hence why soap actors only ever seem to do one role having been literally born into it. The good one end up going to RADA anyway to become real actors?

They are good but for context, they are surrounded by some decent adult actors (Winona aside). Also, it's a child character driven piece, so they are probably the cream of the crop.

Some people are naturally better at it than others, but it's a skill that can be taught if you have the desire to learn. As I said on the "Keanu Reevesss is rubbish" thread, try reciting some movie lines to your phone camera and see how easy it is.
