been making loads of stuff with gramm flour.....bhajis, flat bready things, tortilla type things.
all very nice and eye friendly.
i want to make something hard and crispy like a cracker...any ideas if i can do this with gramm flower, and if so..how?

not really Ton my lovely. Thing with gramm flour is that it doesn't absorb fat as well as regular flour, so it's great for soft things, but doesn't do biscuits and stuff like that. Probably why it's in a lot of diet recipes I suppose.

oh well.......i made some chicken liver pate, i will have to stick with carrot and celery batons... 🙁

the gram flour chips aren't really dip-able, they're quite squishy and delicate. I'd start with whole chickpeas rather than flour and look at falafel recipes
