I recently had the good fortune to be in Switzerland, and at the end of my stay the hotel gave me a big block of cheese. It was lovely! I am now trying to buy some more online but can't seem to find a stockist.
The label says 'Alpkase' Alp Grindel. It's hard stuff. I am sure there are some cheese connoisseurs here.....

So Alp Grindel is a place and Alp Kase is a type of cheese - you could get onto a proper cheese shop
like https://cheese-etc.co.uk/ or find a deli or Waitrose where you will find similar Swiss or French alpine cheese
