Got an abundance of cheese and eggs which need to be eaten v. soon. Grateful for any interesting recipe ideas beyond cheese omelette. With or without other ingredients is fine. Cheese is bricks of cheddar and Cheshire.

As above.

Souffle (requires some skill but you can use it as practice)
Quiche (bought pastry)

Baked eggs with pretty much anything

Preheat oven to 225
Butter thick frying pan/roasting tray or oven proof dish
Chuck in whatever you want (ham, onion, spinach, peppers etc..) season
Bang in oven for 10 mins to soften
Cover with seasoned breadcrumb and grated cheese mix
Crack eggs directly on top
Cover with more seasoned breadcrumbs and cheese mix
Bake for 5-8 mins (don't over cook eggs)
Finish off with blowtorch or under grill to brown the top

Cheese scones and cheese straws! (I don't think you actually need egg...but you could always brush one on top to justify it...)

Or Italian - substitute the potato for spaghetti.

Just have cheese on toast then pop outside and hurl the eggs at the windows of the neighbours houses you like the least

Unless it has previously been frozen - you need to check the packaging (many supermarket cheeses have been frozen previously).

Yes - freeze cheese then make lots of custard, which you can freeze. Or just make icecream with the custard.

Make batter with eggs. Cut cheese into lumps, dip in batter. Deep fry.
