Have been away for a week. Unplugged all before we went; on plugging the phone in (Panasonic DECT) it's giving the error message 'Check Tel Line' and there is no dial tone. ADSL working fine, however, and I've changed the filter and RJ11 cable with no joy.
I've not got a spare handset to check, but it is reasonable to assume the base unit is goosed? If not, has anyone any other suggestions?
