Ok so we are just browsing house porn gratuitously but this is awesome. Damn good value too, on the face of it. Running costs probably more than the mortgage mind.

I bet it'll be cheaper than a 2 bed basement flat in a not hugely desirable part of SE London 🙂

An eight bedroom manor for less than £450k? I'll buy that even if it is in Wales

Got to factor in the inevitable cost of building a pump track on the included land too...

Yeah... It comes to something when three houses, all significantly nicer than mine, are dismissed in a single line of text 'secondary accommodation included'. <dreams wistfully...>

800K, then another 10% for furniture. Not sure my mower would cope.

It now says Price on Asking. Sadly I think someone uploaded the wrong price...

Best thing is that the garden would justify the purchase of a ride on mower. Damn my small suburban patch of lawn!

Would make a great guest house/B&B for those wanting to jack in the daily rat race and go for a lifestyle change.

That looks a bit tatty to me. Seems like the gardener was let go a while ago.

The amount of clutter suggests not enough room for storage.

The ruin.. Me and my mates used to play games in there aged 15 or so. It was a lot more overgrown then, had not been cleared out at all. Blimey.

What are you buying there though?
Other than rights to the land - no house, no way of building, etc.

glad I'm not the only one who browses house pron on Rightmove, and always amazed at a) how gaudy some interiors are, and b) how shabby others are in the million plus house market. It's like some have had a taste bypass

For some reason my wife's been browsing houses in the upper end of the market 😯 maybe there's something I don't know about.. but seriously there are some absolutely horrific interiors in the £400k-500k range...

The "footballers" houses around Alderley Edge always make me laugh.
