1-2 season is all that's required, but I want one with a nice soft lining, not nasty basic polyester. Seen a few with polycotton which is ok, and some flannel but they seem to be £60.
Halfords ones look ok ish for £20. Where else should I look?
My Dad bought a couple of really nice comfy cotton ones from Decathlon for about 25 quid. They are super comfy thin duvet style. I have a double one for the van I got from GoOutdoors which is not what you’re looking for but they had tonnes in there for less than half what other online stores wanted
Go Outdoors ones are all £60 which seems steep.
I got a couple of these recently for the kids. They are full size and seem decent enough, soft cotton lining. As with everything you get what you pay for, so if you are looking at a £20 budget you might not get soft and comfy.
Edit: They do have a cheaper one which is down from £30 to £20 and still has a cotton lining
@molgrips I have one of these which I bought a few years ago, used once and have stared at ever since and wondered why I bought it as my other sleeping bags are more than fine.
Hence - you can have it for nowt if you want it? Drop me a line and I can send pics of cleanliness etc. if you're interested?

Our double was 300 quid online at gooutdoors, tagged at about 160 in store and at the checkout we paid 80. Weird business model but we were happy
I doubt you will find more comfortable than these! Perfect for boat / car camping. Opens up as duvet for hot weather.

Aldi/Lidl often do things like that, I’ve got a full-zip mummy type one from Lidl, identical to a Coleman bag, I know, because I went camping in South Devon, and forgot my bag! Found an outdoor/camping place on the way to Kingsbridge, and they had the Coleman bags there. Twice the price, at £40, but a lovely, soft and warm bag, I have a cotton liner inside, but if they have rectangular bags that are similar quality, they should be ideal.
When I go to a festival in September, I’m in two minds as to whether to take my bag, or just a duvet, as I’ll be sleeping on a double-size 10cm self-inflating mattress.
