She'll prob use for her bike and putting on a stick to make videos

I bought an Apeman and its been okay, since upgraded to a GoPro but it was a decent Gateway drug.

Bought one of the EvoDX ones from 7dayshop for my lad's birthday.  Well under £50, even with buying a decent memory card.  Seems well made and easy enough to use.

I asked a similar question a bit ago and Apeman was a popular recommendation. Amazon had one at a good price reduction so I bought that one.

Twice.

The first one was actually for a present for my brother but he couldn't fit it to his bike helmet as he wanted so he sent it back. Then I decided I was going to be a YouTube sensation so I ordered another one, but half an hour later I realised that fame and fortune was an unlikely outcome so I sent that one back as well.

Ages ago I got an Amkov 5000s for about £45 (from memory)

XMAS this got supplemented by a GoPro 5....

Yes, almost everything is better on the GoPro but the Akmov came with what would have been £90 in fittings and stuff.

The SJCam4000's are meant to be really good if you get the genuine ones... but ironically they are being ripped off by Chinese copies 😀

Techmoan, always great on Chinese import options, goes for the gitup2 in his review below.

On ebay and aliexpress.
