Hello good folks of Singletrack.
My MIL has been using some patches for her knees, it appears they were tolally rubish/didn't achive anything/waste of money etc.
Then she ran out of patches and noticed a difference.
Anyone able to recommend patches/cream/oil for my MIL?
What should I be looking out for re strength/quality etc?

I find that after I give up smoking weed I get an odd feeling in my hands and forearms.
Not suggesting your mother in law should start.
I tried CDB grass, but didn't feel any benefits.
What type of arthritis?
Sorry about the delay but had to ask MIL.
Osteoarthritis.

I use the MCT dropper in tea, unsure if it helps.
I didn't notice any difference, doesn't mean it's not worth trying though
Not tried any specific CBD products. But I did once try a strain of Cannabis called 'Cannatonic' reputed to have one of the highest concentrations of CBD to THC ratio available, and probably marketed as medical grade. My god it was lovely. Never really liked normal weed as the high THC just seems to make me eat everything and give me anxiety,. But this stuff was amazing. Still got you high but not overpowering and one could go about one's day without feeling completely zonked. And it felt like it was doing something beneficial.
DISCLAIMER: Obviously I was tricked into partaking by an evil dealer. Cannabis is not a plant, it is illegal drugs and therefore dangerous and morally wrong. I never took it again and the dealer was reported to the police before he could get to the school gates to get the children hooked.
