Looking for a cattery near Tenterden or towards Tunbridge wells areas.
Theres loads and it's a bit overwhelming.
Anyone use one down that way?
Not exactly what you asked, but when on holiday I've used a cat sitter for a couple of years now. I found her on Tailster and she's been brilliant. She visits twice a day, feeds and waters them in their home (and empties the unmentionables), and is happy to sit and watch telly for a couple of hours so they've got some company.
We have three cats. One has three legs and associated PTSD; one has what I suspect to be a mild form of cerebellar hypoplasia (aka "wobbly cat syndrome") and almost certainly wouldn't have survived if we hadn't taken her in; and one suffers from separation anxiety and will chew her fur out if left without her humans for too long. I cannot countenance sticking any one of them in a cattery, the mental fallout across all three would take years to recover from.
This is the way.
Anyone who would consider putting their cat in a cattery has so little understanding of cat psychology that they shouldn't be allowed to have one. Get a cat sitter as per Cougar's answer.
