I need to get 2 cats in their boxes and in my car by 8:10. They have magical senses and know something is up, haven't even got the boxes out yet.
There will be mewing and lots wee involved.
Luckily this is not sudocream related......

WTF is it about them that they "know" you're taking them to the vet before you even get a box out?

1. Herd cats into one room near the kitchen/utility
2. put boxes on kitchen units with doors open ( don't let the little munchkins see you do this ).
3. Pick up cat as for a standard cuddle, walk into kitchen in a way that they can't see the box.
4. Turn towards the box and decant cat, head first in to box.
5. Have a cuppa and pat yourself on the back.
*thinks to self: I really should start writing Haynes manuals for Land Rovers, or if I have my conscience removed, political manifestos. *
But the ironing is, that if you leave any old box out on the floor they'll be in it in seconds!
Place box on exterior side of cat flap.
Get spot on flea treatment from cupboard.
Watch cat run straight out of the cat flap and into said box.
Done.
Love the spot on cat flap idea... The tension builds....
another idea for getting them into the box is to take them to the vet -I find that when there they love being in the box.
They do indeed, it suddenly becomes the best place in the world.

Evil Cat Mk I went to vets last night for blood tests. He now looks like a pincushion - with a comedy haircut. Poor little bugger 🙁
