What makes you think it's fake?

There is something about the 'in car' scenes that look superimposed on scenes of traffic filmed separately. But it could be me.

From personal experience this looks like Prague taxi drivers. The drive from the airport to the hotel was...quick.

I agree, looking at the seat movement, the people movement, out of time/severity with the perceived motion and the gaps, and also full screen there's a bit of aliasing around the edges of the car rear windows that is out of place. A well done video with a couple of real shots in (from pavement view), but the overlaid looks like a moped/bike video I reckon.

I wouldn't say fake but I would say 'creatively edited'. It's just like a film. Each piece has been staged and then all edited together. Passenger disappearing about four minutes in is a bit of a giveaway, but so are the outside shots and the weather.

Irrespective of the speed, he's a pretty poor driver. His observation is lousy leading to a very jerky drive and excessive braking, but then, that could be for effect on the video.
