Still looking for a wagon to drag the tandem round in. It's around 8' end to end but can be 7' with a wheel off. The C4 Grand seems big enough. Anyone any experience of the 2l Diesel please?

they're quite soft and wallowy IME (from an extended hire period)

I have the v similar peugeot version - bit firmer ride. It's great but I am slighlty waiting for something to go horribly wrong (15 months old so far). 2L diesel is pretty good power-wise I'd say. It does 40-44 mpg routinely on pretty mixed driving all with a fairly heavy right foot
