M32 and through town?
M5/A4?
M5 to Gordano services then B roads?

Which is best? This would be at say... 7am tomorrow and 5pm or so on Friday.

Ugh, what a pig of a journey. I would probably opt for M49/M5 to Gordano then B roads through Barrow Gurney etc.

M5 - A4 or A369 (either side of the river, both have bottle-necks) - A370 or A38 (either side of the airport, both have bottle-necks)

My pref would be M5 - A4 - A38.

Greeble's route does cut out the Cumberland Basin and a load of traffic lights and one-way sections....

The other option is a clear run to Cardiff airport, but the flight is the night before so an extra night away from the fam.

M4 > M5 (21) Weston Super Mare exit > A370 towards Bristol. Take a right at Brockley Coombe lights (3rd set of lights you come to), Airport is at the top of the Hill.

No Bristol traffic to navigate.

But you've got Congresbury which is just as bad as Bristol.

Not at 7am in the morning. Its never that bad unless there has been an accident at the lights.

I live 100yrds from the lights, on a week day its not that bad.

The flight would be 7.30am. But I'm going from Cardiff now, they said it was ok for me to arrive at lunchtime.

Noted for next time though - thanks folks.
