Having bought a new (to us) car yesterday see yesterdays post.

Would you bother getting a warranty ? Are they worth it ?

Go Car warrenty £99 for 12 months.

Advice gladly taken

20 years in the motor trade and I've seen very few " happy endings " most warrenty company's make YOU pay for investigation / diagnosis and 99% of the time don't pay out due to wear and tear / customer abuse / not covered . Save your money .

In simplest terms mate, all cars bought from a dealer irrespective of their 'warranty' come with a standard sale of goods/consumer rights 6 month warranty. They simply cannot wiggle out of this when pressured.

As above though, i've never heard of satisfaction from customers buying the 3rd party warranty either.
