We've used Kwik Fit on the front in Bangor about 10 years ago, that's about the extent of my local knowledge.
Might need a wheel as well, slight flat in the rim but tyre seems to seat ok.

Asda do tyres too! Really. Similar to Black Curcles, though you have to select a local Qick Fit to fit them.
